Why was Heartnest created and where are we going?
We are a civic association that sees the need to spread awareness about yoga and meditation. In today's hectic world, we want to provide a peaceful haven for students and seniors, where they can find a piece of peace in the busy city at any time. Our ambition is to offer our services for free throughout our existence.
